Service Agreements
When you schedule a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and needs. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions at the location are unsafe or if the property does not match the description provided.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in performing our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We recommend removing valuable or fragile items before our arrival.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Michigan.
